Refund and Returns Policy
At Small Retro Gaming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help! Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds:
Returns:
- Eligibility: We accept returns on items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used video games, software, or downloadable content (DLC).
- Collectible items that are no longer in original packaging or have been damaged.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Condition for Return: Items must be in new, resellable condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts intact. Any product returned damaged or incomplete will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Restocking Fees: We may charge a restocking fee for returns of certain items ( opened electronics, special orders, or bulk purchases). This will be clearly noted at the time of purchase if applicable.
Exchanges:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or not as described in your order, please contact us immediately for a replacement or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- Exchanges for Size or Preference: If you’d like to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please follow the return process first and then place a new order.

How to Return an Item:
